Fynni Blossoming

Description

There are weakened Fynni inside the Fynni Gems you can obtain through Fynni Catching. Once the environment within the gem stabilizes and becomes comfortable, the Fynni within will be awakened as a pet. The process by which this happens is known as Fynni Blossoming. As you grow a gem to maturity in a Blossoming Cage installed on your Homestead, the Fynni inside will slowly wake and ready itself to emerge into the world again. Once it is ready, the Fynni Pet appears in a form it believes to be best suited to serve its owner and greets them with a hug. It can take a good while for a Fynni to finally awaken, so remember to be patient with them.

Details

Fynni Blossoming is the process to revitalize the Fynni, converting a Fynni Gem into a Fynni Pet Whistle. Up to four Blossoming Cages may be stored in a player's Homestead to facilitate this process. Fynni Blossoming time depends on one's Fynni Blossoming rank, as well as the rank of Fynni Gem and type of Blossoming Cage used.

• Note: The Blossoming Cage can only be installed in a level 6 Homestead.
• Blossoming a Fynni Gem in a Homestead Flowery Blossoming Cage will reduce the approximate time by 10% on top of the skill rank bonus.

How to Get Quest	The player will receive the quest [Pet Training] Two Pieces of Cotton Candy
Briefing	We need to find that child. Perhaps we can explain the situation and ask for their understanding... - Alexina
Objectives	Talk to Pinkie in Filia She will be on the outskirts, south of Filia, where the armadillos are located. Talk to Pinkie again The player will be asked: "Five?", "Three?", "None!", and "..." The player will be asked later on: "(That sounds interesting.)" and "(Maybe not...)" Use the Basket of Something Soft and Furry to Summon a New Pet If the player already has a Fynni Fynn pet, the Basket will not appear in the inventory. Summon that previous Fynni Fynn instead to continue. There is a possibility of receiving the Basket if the Fynni Fynn's allotted time is used up for that day (real time), however, it still cannot be used. Talk to the Child again while Fynni Fynn is summoned During the dialogue the player will recieve the Small Shiny Grain Kernel in the Me tab of the inventory

Additional Information	The player will also receive 1 Homestead Pinkie's Blossoming Cage It is required to have a Homestead level 6 to use this item, necessary for Fynni Blossoming.

• The Taming Journal is useful for finding Fynni Gems and their gem ranks.
• Setting up more than one Blossoming Cage will allow you to bloom multiple Fynni Gems to speed up the ranking progress.
