Stellar Handicraft

Description

Allows the user to draw upon the residual potentialities of the stars' reflections to invest created objects with stellar energy. Drawing upon the great knowledge contained within the Stellar Citadel's Fatespinner. Astrologers make use of this discipline to craft the things needed for the practice of their art. No special equipment is required, but one must be near the Fatespinner in order to utilize this skill. As such creations require a vast amount of knowledge, some items require signigicant amounts of MP and Stamina to produce.

• The player must be at the Stellar Citadel to use the skill.
