By attaching Wind Crystals to an arrow, creates a powerful current that pulls enemies along the path of the arrow. Though it does not last long, the wind currents are so powerful they are visible to the naked eye. To use, you will need Wind Crystals and crystals of one other element. (Crystals Needed: 5 Wind Crystal, 5 Crystals of a selected element))

Details

  • Requires a Bow or Crossbow and the respective Missile to use.
  • The skill uses 5 Wind Crystals Wind Crystal.png and 5 crystals of the selected element.
  • Fills the Wind attribute marble by 30% and the secondary element by 15%.
  • Due to Hermetic Harmony's effect, the player must first select a secondary element with the number keys:1, 2 or 4 keys before using Ventus Howl. The skill is 3 (Wind), by default.
  • Humans are forced to walk with this skill loaded unless they are equipped with a Crossbow; Elves are able to run while equipped with a Bow.
  • Fires an arrow laced with Wind Crystals at the target, hitting all targets in a line and pulls all targets caught in its radius into a straight line. Enemies immune to knockback cannot be pulled.
    • The arrow has some width to the attack, so enemies to the side of the arrow will be affected as well.
    • The range of the arrow is equal to the weapon's Effective Range and will pierce through the selected target to hit enemies behind it as well.
  • Ventus Howl cannot pierce through obstructions such as rocks and walls, and enemies behind them will not be affected by the skill.
  • When used by a Link 3 Alchemic Sharpshooter, Ventus Howl gains 3 meters of additional width.
