Starlight Veil

Description

A skill that draws upon the constellations to bathe the caster's surroundings in starlight, weakening enemies' attacks while restoring allies' HP. The power of these astrological signs exert their influence upon each individual's fortune, amplifying positive connections to the astrologer in the form of boons and positive effects while blunting the strength of those who bear them ill will.

Details

• The user bathes an area in starlight, debuffing the enemies' attack while restoring allies' HP.
• Pressing the skill channels it. Clicking casts it in the chosen area.
• Can be customized using the Celestial Conjunction skill:
  • Offensive: Less cooldown, Range increase, Additional attack (small AoE damage).
  • Support: Enemy takes boosted damage, Recover party members HP,Party members increase defense, Party members increase physical damage, Party members increase magical damage.
  • Control: Pull enemies, Lower enemy Attack, Lower enemy defense.
  • Fortune: None (aside from Fortune Aspect Alignment).
