Pall of Ruination

Description

Pall of Ruination drastically weakens enemies within range of the caster for a short time. While it shares a basis and fundamentals with the Music Buff skills, its effects have been greatly altered through the power of Arcana. Its power is greatly influenced by the Dance of Death and Fantastic Chorus skills, with higher ranks of both amplifying Pall of Ruination's effects.

• Applies a debuff to enemies within range of the caster.
• Each rank of the user's Dance of Death will further reduce enemy Defense/Magic Defense/Protection/Magic Protection by 1, up to a total additional reduction of 15 at rank 1 Dance of Death.
• Each rank of the user's Fantastic Chorus will further reduce enemy movement speed, attack speed, and skill loading speed by ?.
• This skill is not compatible with Time Shift.
