Magic Skill Revamp:
- New Magic Skills: Lightning Rod, Inspiration
  - These are affected by the Magic talent.
- Skill Learning:
  - The quests to learn Fireball, Thunder, and Ice Spear no longer conflicts when learning other skills.
  - Fireball pages no longer expire. Existing Fireball pages prior to the update will retain their expiration timer.
  - Thunder and Ice Spear pages can now be acquired from Strange Books.
  - The Seal Merchant now sells Ice Spear Exploration Pages.
  - Meditation skill books The First Steps of Meditation and Effective Meditation are moved from Stewart's and Aeira's Secret Shops to their normal shops, respectively.
- Skill Changes:
  - Icebolt:
    - Now restores the user's Mana when attacking.
    - Now debuffs enemy's Movement Speed.
    - These do not carry over to Fusion Bolt.
  - Lightning Bolt:
    - No longer auto expires.
    - Now deals additional damage when fully charged.
    - These do not carry over to Fusion Bolt.
  - Natural Shield/Ice Shield/Fire Shield/Lightning Shield:
    - Load time was removed; loading is now instantaneous.
    - Training requirements were rebalanced and made easier.
  - Fusion Bolt's damage was increased.
  - Fireball's load and impact times now reduces at higher ranks. Initial Mana consumption is increased to match with the change; total Mana consumption remains the same.
  - Thunder's load and standby times were reduced. Initial Mana consumption is increased to match with the change; total Mana consumption remains the same.
  - Enemies frozen by Ice Spear can now be attacked, but take reduced damage.
  - Hail Storm:
    - Load time was reduced. Initial Mana consumption is increased to match with the change; total Mana consumption remains the same.
    - Duration was increased.
    - Now displays a gauge bar that represents the skill's duration.
    - Now displays the number of charges.
  - Shockwave's cooldown time was reduced.
  - Snap Cast's cooldown time was reduced. Training has been modified to match the new cooldown times.
  - Meteor Strike:
    - Load and cooldown times were reduced.
    - Overall Mana consumption reduced.
  - Monsters, Partners, and NPCs have only received a few of the above changes.
- New Wand and Staff Magic-related Enchants.
- New Weapons:
  - Wands:
    - Celtic Tribolt Wand
  - Staves:
    - Celtic Guardian Staff
    - Celtic Druid Staff

Other:
- Healer NPCs now sell MP 10 Potions and MP 30 Potions.
- Healer Part-Time Jobs now rewards MP 50 Potions and MP 100 Potions.

New Skills
- Passive Skill: Shine of Eweca
  - Automatically attained at current level 50.
  - Grants bonus Strength, Intelligence, Dexterity, Will, Luck, Life, Mana and Stamina.
  - Skill rank increases every 10 current levels, increasing bonuses.
  - Bonuses vary slightly with Race
    - Humans: Balanced bonuses
    - Elves: Improved Strength and Will bonuses, reduced Dexterity and Intelligence bonuses
    - Giants: Improved Dexterity and Intelligence bonuses, reduced Strength and Will bonuses
  - Skill rank resets with Rebirth
  - Will no longer increase after current level 190
- Racial Skills
  - Racial skills are automatically obtained at current level 100.
  - All racial skills have a base duration of 300 seconds, and increases by 30 seconds per 1,000 cumulative levels (Capping at 900 seconds).
  - Can be used once per Erinn day, resetting at 6:00 AM.
  - Human Racial Skill: Breath of Ladeca
    - Increases movement speed by 50 speed.
  - Elf Racial Skill: Vision of Ladeca
    - Increases ranged attack Aim Rate by up to 100%, even against moving or flying enemies
    - Increases ranged attack speed by 400% for at least 300 seconds
  - Giant Racial Skill: Might of Ladeca
    - Increases damage dealt by Close Combat skills by 10% and increases attack speed when using close combat weapons.

Exp Adjustments
- EXP required to reach the next level has been significantly reduced between Level 100 and Level 200
- EXP required to reach Level 100 is unchanged
- Overall EXP needed to reach Level 200 reduced by 58,089,500 EXP

Potential System
- Unlocked after reaching 1000 cumulative level.
- Potential Points are gained each time the player's current level reaches a multiple of 10.
  - The amount of Potential Points earned is based on the level reached / 10.
    - An example is at current level 120, 12 Potential Points will be awarded.
  - Potential Points persists through Rebirth.
  - Potential Rewards include:
    - Stat Points System
    - Extra Rebirth Potion 7 days.
    - Access to Soul Stream Inventory
    - Given Light of Palala accessory with Exclusive Enchants.
    - Leveling up Palalan Embrace
- Potential Skill: Palalan Embrace
  - Obtained after reaching 30 Potential Points.
  - Grants a random beneficial buff.
  - Can be used once every 12 hours, resetting at 12:00 AM and 12:00 PM Server Time.

Novice Benefit Expansion
- Players above cumulative level 1000 can now choose to reset all skills at Duncan but requires gold to do so.
  - The cost for a full reset increases per use.
- Expert Talent AP Rewards now standard, regardless of when it has been obtained.
- Rebirth UI now counts down to accurately display next rebirth time.

AP Skill Training
- Players can now spend AP to train skills.
- Skills require at least 30/100 completion to begin spending AP.
- Can be used on all skills except for:
  - Transformation skills
  - Demigod
  - Palalan Embrace
  - Racial skills
  - Classic Spirit Weapon Awakening
  - Crusader Skills

Training EXP Boost
- Reaching current level 100 will now grant an extra 50% Training skill towards your active talent.
  - The Training skill bonus will increase the base amount of exp gained from that skill similar to reforges.
    - An Example is that Transformation Mastery Rank 6 collection exp will give 7.5 exp instead of the usual 5.0 exp at level 100 with the Talent Adventuring.
  - Training skill bonuses increases by 5% every 10 levels after current level 100 (Reaching 100% extra training at level 200)

Pet Bookmarking
- Players can now make new tabs using the Pet UI to sort their pets.

Grandmaster Renewal

It's now possible to obtain multiple Grandmasters.
Bonus Stats from Grandmaster now stack with other Grandmaster Talents' Bonus Stats, but their newfound Unique Effect do not.
- Stat bonuses are still limited to the current stat cap of 1500.
Unique Effects of a desired talent may be activated or changed via the Talent Tab, but it requires AP to change.
New Journal entries for Grandmasters.
- Achieve Grandmaster for the first time.
- Achieve 5 Grandmaster Talents.
- Achieve 10 Grandmaster Talents.
- Achieve 15 Grandmaster Talents.
You can only achieve one Grandmaster talent per day, resetting at EST: 10:00am
UTC: 3:00pm
AEDT: 2:00am
7:00am PST100.
Additional grandmaster mission may be purchased by paying 300,000 gold to Lezzaro
- Limited to 20 missions per day.
Anyone with a current Grandmaster will keep it, but the different effects will be applied.
Bard talent's Bonus Stats were altered.

New Advanceable Skills (Can now be advanced to Dan)

Other Changes
- Skills that are rank Dan are now more powerful. The specific changes can be found on the respective skill pages.
- You can now take an Advancement Test regardless of the time, day, and channel, but you can only take it once a day if you pass.
- Star symbols appear next to the skills that can be advanced to Dan.
- Advancement Ranking has been removed.
- Advancement Rewards have changed.
- Important: Once advancing any skill to a new Dan, you must retrain the skill again for the next Dan rank. (Master titles can be obtained once it has been fully trained at Rank 1 or any of the Dan ranks)
- Dan outfits can no longer be bought from the NPC that originally sold them. Unknown at this time if they are coming back.
- Advancement Assignments have changed.
- There are new Journal Achievements for Advancement.
- Receive a Title for advancing all skills to Dan 3 for that respective Talent.
- There are now different animation effects for skills that are rank Dan 1 or higher.
- Combo Cards are now customizable with the advanceable skills if you reach certain goals.

Eligibility Certificates
- If you get all available skills to Dan for a respective talent, you can receive a Eligibility Certificate for that talent. Equip it to have a special idle animation.
  - Alchemy Eligibility Certificate: Talk to the Advancement Guide when all advanceable Alchemy skills are 3rd Dan.
  - Combat Eligibility Certificate: Talk to the Advancement Guide when all advanceable Combat skills are 3rd Dan.
  - Dual Gun Eligibility Certificate: Talk to the Advancement Guide when all advanceable Dual Gun skills are 3rd Dan.
  - Martial Arts Eligibility Certificate: Talk to the Advancement Guide when all advanceable Martial Arts skills are 3rd Dan.
  - Life Eligibility Certificate: Talk to the Advancement Guide when all advanceable Life skills are 3rd Dan.
  - Magic Eligibility Certificate: Talk to the Advancement Guide when all advanceable Magic skills are 3rd Dan.
  - Ninja Eligibility Certificate: Talk to the Advancement Guide when all advanceable Ninja skills are 3rd Dan.
