- You may not play other episodes while playing this episode.
- Replaying the episode costs 5000 Gold.

Iria II: Episode 5 - Dian Cecht is the fifth episode of The Saga: Iria II. The Milletian, Merlin, and Treasure Hunter storm Nemeton, the Cessair's base of operations, to recover Young Tarlach. Meanwhile, the mastermind of the Cessair plans to use Tarlach for a ritual.

To start the episode, open the Saga menu, select the "Iria II" tab, select "EP 5 - Dian Cecht", and watch the Episode 5 cinematic. After the cinematic, you will be teleported to the entrance of Nemeton and receive a Nemeton Wax Wings.

Instruction
|
- Talk to Merlin in the hallway.
- A cutscene will occur and you will be teleported to the 1st Floor Lobby of Nemeton.
- Talk to Merlin in the 1F Lobby.
- Upon speaking to him, choose 'Go.' and you will enter the Shadow Mission, '?'.
- Follow the instructions of the Cessair Instructor.
- Defeating any of the Cessairs present will result in a mission failure.
- In the Room of Hatred, you must attack Irinid's Phantom.
- It is a ghost of Neamhain who will teleport on hit and take no damage. Simply keep attacking it.
- In the Room of Obedience, the green-robed Cessairs will use Wire Pull on you. You must return to your original position as soon as possible.
- In the Room of Survival, talk to the Cessair Instructor and choose 'Enter'. You must defeat the Cessairs with red-trimmed robes.
- Head to the large opened door to complete the mission.
- Talk to the Treasure Hunter at the 2F lobby.
- You will enter the Shadow Mission, "The Locked Door Problem".
- You will role-play as the Treasure Hunter.
- Head downstairs. You must 'activate' the crystals on the left side of the room in order to open the door.
- The order is 4-2-5-6-3-7-1.
- Head back upstairs and talk to Merlin.
- Walk down the corridor and stay in the red circles to avoid detection by the Cessairs.
- If you are detected, you will be brought back to the starting point at which 3 Cessairs will spawn. You must defeat them to proceed.
- Walk up the stairs to initiate a dialogue.
- Head back the way you came while staying in the red circles and search the corridor until you find the hidden light.
- It is located to the right looking from on top of the stairs, hidden behind the second purple pillar.
- A cutscene will occur once you find the light, and you will be teleported to the Jail.
- Complete the quest. [10,000 EXP, 8000 Gold]

Instruction

- Talk to Merlin. If he is not visible inside the barrier, try changing channels. You will enter the Shadow Mission, "Cessair's Heart".
- You will role-play as Cessair's Heart.
- Reduce Merlin's HP to below 50%, then lure him to the red circle on the lobby floor.
- Cessairs will constantly spawn to aid you.
- Talk to Merlin again.
- You will enter the Shadow Mission, "Secrets Unfolding".
- You will role-play as the Treasure Hunter.
- Investigate the writing on the 4 stone tablets.
- Head back to Pinky. Choose 'Solve Puzzle'. You will have to solve a sliding puzzle.
- The puzzle consist of 8 blank-pieces and 1 empty space.
- Clicking on any piece will move it to an empty space. Moving the pieces will reveal a pattern; clicking on the piece again will make the pattern disappear.
- Some pieces will eventually reveal the correct placement of the piece. Remember the correct placement.
- The entire puzzle appears blank in all 9 spots, but the middle piece is currently empty and will not be in the final solution. The 8 surrounding pieces are jumbled. When a piece is moved into it's correct position it will reveal a line pattern, Moving the piece out of position will make the pattern disappear again. Therefore the line patterns don't mean anything, all you need to do is move pieces until you can see they are in correct position and remember where they belong if you move them out.
- Once you have managed to put 3 puzzle pieces into correct position, getting the remaining pieces into their correct position becomes difficult to do without displacing the solved pieces out of the way temporarily. You will have to develop 3x3 sliding puzzle interchanging technique. If you are not good at sliding puzzles, think about moving the empty hole in the shape of an 8 and notice how that moves a piece that was on one half of the 8 into the other half of the 8. You can do this puzzle if you stay calm and develop technique around rotating pieces in 2x2 circles and a 2x3 8-shapes.
- After some length of time, the puzzle will become easier by revealing the patterns of the pieces and it will allow you to move pieces diagonally as an easy method of getting pieces into difficult positions. It is still possible to complete the puzzle when this happens.
- Talk to Pinky. A cutscene will occur.
- Talk to Ruairi outside the barrier. If he is not visible inside the barrier, try changing channels.
- A cutscene will occur. After, you will be teleported outside of the barrier.
- Complete the quest. [12,000 EXP, 10,000 Gold]

Instruction

- Talk to Merlin outside the barrier.
- A cutscene will occur. After the cutscene, you will be teleported to the Hallway.
- Talk to Merlin in the hallway.
- Talk to Merlin again.
- A cutscene will occur. After the cutscene, you will enter the Shadow Mission, "Dian Cecht".
- Merlin will assist you during the battle.
- Defeat the 6 Cessairs that spawn.
- After you defeat the group, a cutscene will play, and you must fight Dian.
- In order to damage Dian, you must first defeat the three Dian's crystals.
- Cessairs are summoned in waves of 3 throughout the battle.
- The Cessairs may aggro the Treasure Hunter, but will not attack him.
- Dian will use three main attacks:
- Dian Stab is a multiple linear angle attack that occurs after 3 seconds. An attack line will appear when used.
- Dian Stomp is an AoE attack that will Knockback all characters on the map.
- Dian Trap is a multiple AoE attack that drops meteor-like magic onto certain points of the map. They are indicated by a purplish-circle on the ground. The attack occurs after 5 seconds.
- After removing the barrier, attacking Dian from behind or the sides will make the fight much simpler, as Dian Stab will be unable to hit.
- Talk to Merlin in Dian's Chambers.
- He is located at the top of the stairs.
- A cutscene will occur.
- Complete the quest. [50,000 EXP, 30,000 Gold, AP 20 Potion]
- Replaying this episode does not reward another AP Potion.
- Upon completing the quest, you will be teleported back to the Dragon Bone Tomb in Muyu Desert and the Nemeton Wax Wings will be removed.
