This page regroups all quests that fall under the Alchemist talent. This includes both Battle Alchemy and Transmutation.

Corrupted Alchemist

How to start:

• Complete the Temple Knights quest in Generation 9: Alchemist and Grave with Violets Placed on Top.
  • If you have not received the quest, speak with Pierrick about Nearby Rumors.

You will be awarded knowledge of the Metal Conversion skill for completing this quest.

Instruction	Talk to Heledd Heledd will give you the solo Shadow Mission, "Reclaiming the Memory Crystal". Recovering the Crystal Complete the given mission. There is no time limit for this mission. Start this mission at Tara Stonehenge. You must make your way from the north gate to the square, fighting four spawns of monsters along the way, and watch a cutscene. After the cutscene, Jenna will appear and aid you. Talk to her and move out. There are nine more spawns of monsters you must fight. Monsters spawn in the following patterns: Shadow Wizard (F) x1 Shadow Archer x1, Bronze Bone Lancer x1 Shadow Lancer x1, Bronze Bone Fighter x1 Shadow Fighter x1, Bronze Bone Fighter x1 Shadow Wizard (F) x2 Shadow Warrior x1 Shadow Archer x1, Bronze Bone Lancer x1 Afterward, there will be a cutscene and you will fight the boss, Helvetius. Unlike Corrupt Alchemists, Helvetius knows Frozen Blast. Once the boss dies, you will view another cutscene and then receive the Alchemy Memory Crystal. Deliver the Memory Crystal to Heledd Talk to Heledd with the Alchemy Memory Crystal in your possession. and you will gain knowledge of the Metal Conversion skill. You will be awarded 35,000 EXP and Novice rank of the Metal Conversion skill.
