Fomor Ice Wand

A weapon crafted by Fomors. It cannot be upgraded, but it is quite powerful to begin with. This wand is imbued with Ice Elemental power, increasing the potency of ice-based spells. Holding this wand focuses the wielder's mind, allowing Meditation while running. However, if the wielder lets go of the wand, the Mana concentrated in it will be lost.
