• A Lich is a living corpse that has obtained eternal life.
• Liches can often be found in regions related to death, such as the crypt of Peaca Dungeon or the sealed-off Metus.

Notes & Advice Notes Summons Light Blue Ghosts. All attacks will deal 1 damage to the Lich unless the player is wielding a Ghost Sword. Advice Lure him away from the ghosts (or vice versa) so Ghost Fluids can be collected safely. Use them to make Ghost Swords. A supply of Cheap Leather Straps will be required to make the swords. To effectively deal damage, use Ghost Swords or Wings of Rage, as every other skill and weapon deals only 1 damage. Humans can wield any sword in the offhand in addition to the Ghost Sword while using skills such as Smash and Windmill, allowing more damage to be dealt. Humans can also lure it away from the ghosts and then use Final Hit with dual-wielded Ghost Swords as this will not use the Ghost Swords' durability, allowing the player to quickly dispatch the Lich. Dual-Wielding Ghost Swords allows the off-hand sword hit to deal more than 1 damage. Barrier Spikes rank 9 and above may be used to slowly deplete his hp by forcing him to attack the barriers, the easiest way to do this is with the Throw Rock action.

Notes & Advice Notes Wields the Master Lich Wand. Summons Ghasts and Ghosts. The weapons it drops have 2 weapon grade bonuses, causing them to have more max, min, crit and durability than normal. Advice Unlike normal Lichs, Master Lich can be damaged by any weapon (once players can get past its defense and protection) If you have six or more people in your party, making a circle around it and spamming windmill seems to be effective. Play Dead may trigger the Master Lich to use Flames of Hell or Fireball and is not advised. Flames of Hell can be cast through walls and on players outside the boss room. Striking it with Brionac may lower its protection allowing it to be more quickly dispatched. Sealing its magic with Somersault Kick is a good way to get in a lot of easy damage.

Notes & Advice Notes Spawns Central Metus Monday, Wednesday,& Friday from 12:00 am-6:00 am Erinn Time & on Sunday: 8:00 pm -6:00 am Erinn Time. Spawns on other days only after all the waves of monsters are killed. Does not spawn on Saturdays. Commonly Sketched by players for the Darkness-Hoarding Lich Exploration Quest. The Lich is available for only a short time, so a large group is recommended to defeat it quickly. Unlike regular Ghosts, is able to use Teleportation freely. Immune to all attacks and damage, including Alchemy and Demigod skills. Even Ghost Swords don't work. Explosions from Self-Destruct and the drain portion of Life Drain are the only ways to deal damage. Upon successfully sketching it, you will receive 200.00 Exploration EXP (+40.00 if it is nighttime). Advice Bomb Steeds should be utilized to deal heavy damage. Dark Knights should use Control of Darkness on the steeds to easily move them to the proper place. Humans may utilize Play Dead to keep steeds in place until they explode, but this usually means getting hit by the explosion as well. Giants may attempt to lure the steeds with ranged attacks, utilizing Wind Guard to merely tank damage until they explode. Use Divine Link to keep the Bomb Steeds and the Arc Lich together. Set Party Finish rules to Anyone in Party so the Arc Lich summons more Bomb Steeds while you wait for the ones you killed to explode.

Notes & Advice Notes None Advice If one of the party members is a Giant, using Wind Guard and Hydra Transmutation may be effective. Try to get the Master Lich stuck between the bushes, use Sand Burst, Hydra Transmutation, and then run. Due to his AoE attacks, being near another party member is ill-advised. Preparing Party Phoenix Feathers, and Nao Soul Stones are recommended. Utilizing the Guardian Soul Stones from the Seal Merchant will help due to the invulnerability placed on the character as well as Transformation reset.
