Notes & Advice Notes For the NPC-variant of the Black Wizard, see Black Wizard (NPC) His melee attacks are rather weak. Instinctive Reaction will prevent you from using a normal attack or Smashing except when stunned or in Defense. Casts Firebolt often. A critical hit can deal over 1,000 damage. Advice N+WM seems to work well Try to get him to cast Firebolt, since his is at rank 1 it will not disappear when he is knocked back making him unable to attack.
