Description
A tall man stands steadfast, clad in blackened armor that seems as though it could melt into the darkness. His onyx hair frames the stately lines of his face, nearly covering his right eye. Although he seems difficult to read, you can see a quiet conviction set in his visage.
Vayne is a strange man met by with the Expeditionary force during the events of Generation 22. He is a seasoned adventurer, and a follower of the Church of Hymerark. He appears to know more than he is willing to admit out loud.

Jet-black wings thrust out from his back, their long, dark shadows hanging over his silhouette. His eyes burn a piercing crimson, glowing like eternal embers from behind the ebony hair that frames his face. Though he has ever been difficult to read, you see a quiet conviction is his stoic expression.
Battle Information
- Can Physically move through obstacles.
- Upon reaching 70% HP, he will activate Iron Will
- Upon reaching 50% HP, he will activate Vital Surge, restoring his HP back to 100% and gains an additional 10,000 HP, and gains the ability to use Fire Pillar.
Known as Balor Beimnech.
- Can physically move through obstacles.
- The battle has two phases:
- Phase 1: Upon reaching 70% HP, a dialogue will trigger after which he will activate Iron Will and Vital Surge, restoring his HP back to 100% and gains the ability to use Teleportation and Fire Pillar.
- Phase 2: After this point, if you die a total of 10 times, a dialogue will trigger and the mission will complete.
- Upon reaching 50% HP, he will activate Vital Surge, restoring his HP back to 100% and gains an additional 10,000 HP, and gains the ability to use Fire Pillar.
- You earn extra dialogue if you survive the battle without dying 10 times.
- Bring Guardian Soul Stones as they may help give you a small timeframe to deal more damage as opposed to Balloons and Nao Soul Stones.
- Having a Vital Surge up of your own may help mitigate the heavy blows.
- While Iron Will is active, Vayne cannot be stunned or knocked back. Take this in account when attacking.
- Divine Link is only recommended if your pet is bulky enough. Having the Sub-Skill Sacred Revival ranked up is a boon.
Known simply as Beimnech.
- Will use fire pillar even without aggroing anything.
- Will use smash and bash often.
- Will teleport as needed to get in close range with you.
- Pillar number can range from 1 to 4 areas at the same time.
- Upon reaching 50% HP you will be inflicted with the Interrupted Connection status that will desummon and prevent pet summon.
- He will also start to use his stab and crush attacks more often, sometimes spamming them.
Bring resurrection means (Nao stones, Balloons, Guardian Stones) and keep them on hand in your inventory.
- There is no penalty for dying too much, and the mission will not end either.
- There are 20 dialogue lines should you die to Beimnech and resurrect to continue the battle.

- The Beimnech part of Vayne's true name, Balor Beimnech, comes from the word "béimneach" (pronounced /beɪmnyɑx/) which means "striking" or "smiting". It is composed of the words "béim" (meaning a strike or emphasis) and "neach" (meaning person), literally meaning the striking one or the important one.
- As Vayne (pronounced /veɪn/) and Béim (pronounced /beɪm/) are similar, they are likely meant to play off of one another.
- His G25 Tracks used to be translated as 'A Brilliant Explosion of Residual Heat'
