Vital Surge

Vital Surge is a Technique that restores the player's HP, and temporarily increases their maximum HP for a set time. |
Details
- All lost HP will be recovered, and an additional HP bar will appear above the player's HP bar for the skill's duration.
- The HP lost from the extra bar cannot be replenished.
- Poison counts against this bonus HP.
- Vital Surge is timed, and unused additional health will be lost upon completion of the Technique duration.
- There is a chance for the cooldown to reset when the player suffers the effect of Potion or Sulfur Poisoning upon use.
