A cylinder blessed by Goibne. This wind cylinder has been improved through the research of the Royal Alchemists. It greatly improves wind alchemy, but is less efficient when using other types of alchemy.

• Grants twice the wind based alchemy bonus of a normal Wind Cylinder however, it also has twice the penalty to non-wind alchemy.
• Has the same upgrades as a normal Wind Cylinder.
