Waterfall Cutscene

I am currently attempting to do G7 but for some reason I cannot go past the waterfall cutscene. When the cutscene ends, I always end up back on the raft before the cutscene occured. The raft will not move no matter how long I wait. Is there a solution to this? --Jokku

Don't hide right away for the elf healer RP quest

Only hide if the monsters aggro you. This will ensure that you have enough MP through the entire run. Hide, then unhide almost right away. Also stay near the walls and try not to walk through the monsters. --Sinnoaria 03:37, 21 July 2009 (UTC)

Can Elves and Giants do G7?

Anybody know if elves and giants are able to do the G7 quest?

They should be able to, but at the same time... You have to talk to like every elf in Filia, and a giant in Vales... Wouldn't the elves call the guards on giants? O_o - Defiance

Yes, the guards will attack, but Atrata and Taunes are known neutral NPCs if you've done the transformation quest before. So yeah, it'll be dangerous, but that's why elves have Hide and why there is now a flying pet. ---Angevon 16:19, 19 July 2009 (UTC)

Well I'm the person who asked if elves and giants are able to do G7 quest. On my elf when i talked to Taunes a second time after i gave him the book to translate he called the guards on me. So it seems those NPCs will only talk to you if the quest requires so should that go into the guide? --Blazingchamp

Taunes's Request

How long does it take to get "Taunes's Request" quest? I'm a human allied with the elves and I completed the "Curious Voight" quest. But I waited several ingame days before logging off last night, and when I signed on this morning I still hadn't received it yet. How long did it take for everyone else to get it? Tikka Sap Potion

I used the Tikka Sap Potion in the Atrata RP, but I didn't time it exactly. It felt like 1 minute, but it may have been longer. Can we get a double check? Also, I removed the information that it was a mix of all the Longa Arrow Dungeons as I saw Young Emerald Beetles in there. Skipping G7

What possible gain is there from G7? If so, it seems foolish to allow people to skip it.Novaix 06:51, 14 September 2009 (UTC)

I'm working on G1 as we speak, and then i got a quest which started G7. I did the quest, and then it asked me to skip G7 (which I did too lazy to do it). When I did that, i didn't get the keyword. Intended or a bug? ~ Darkblade132

We'd been having extremely hot weather for days. Anyway, I knew he was bizarre. And speaking of bizarre, his artifact was even more strange. It was severely damaged, and I was barely able to restore it. It still looked particularly strange after I got it fixed. It appeared to be a stylobate from an ancient building, and it kept revealing a new secret each time I changed the reagent, sort of like peeling layers from an onion. Why not just adapt them like Sidequests? Where the original bullet is what nexon says and the subbullets are any corrections to their bullcrap or additional comments. Although, if we want to make this more like a generation page, we would do the same exact thing, but correct the original bullet for any spelling error or incorrect names they use.

Because it is a Mainstream Quest (albeit a terrible and hard to activate), it's going to be rewritten like the other generation pages.

A couple of my friends finished Chapter 1 and hasn't gotten "Kousai's Call" to be able to skip it. did they remove it?

what's up with all the quest templates inside of each other e-e? Before I edit this any further, I wanna know why quest briefings are included in this page. Personally I don't see why this Generation is special and must have these quest templates, but my mind is rather tired...and I'm gonna hit the sack.

I'll admit without them, it is rather plain looking like all the rest.

You don't get a quest. And its not tied to C1, C3, or C4.

Just put the artifacts in the place.

I already know the storyline of G7 and want to proceed to G8, however Kousai does not provide the option to do so. I believe it has been removed. I am using an Elf over level 5. Are there other requirements for it? If not, then the note about the option should be replaced with a note saying it was at some point skipable.

Did you get the Kousai's Request quest? That's my best guess at least of why you're not able to skip it yet

Never mind, I got it. We should probably add in there that you must receive that quest first in order to do so.

I'm currently attempting to start G7 and have the ancient fragments already but I can't seem to get past the waterfall cutscene. I always end up back on the raft in the middle of the river right before the cutscene starts. I've tried 5+ times but I still end up in the middle of the river. Is there any way to fix this glitch?

Oh, I think the messages are working now. If you haven't done it yet, try it again. It's supposed to be fixed.
