Party Quests

A Party Quest is recorded on this paper. Right-click to read it. To begin the quest, form a party of 2 or more, then register the quest in the party window.

Party Hunting Quest scrolls, or "PQ"s are sold by various NPCs in Uladh. They can be traded, but not picked up from the ground, or stored in banks or pets.

Party Hunting Quests involve defeating a limited range of monster types within a set amount of in-game days.

• One type of monster is typically involved, but quests can involve up to five.

Details

• The party leader must first buy the quest scroll and select the quest from the "Party Quest" drop-down list in the Party window. Then, the party must work to complete the quest's requirements.
  • The leader can switch between quests, and the progress of the quest will be saved.
• A PQ party may contain as few as two members or up to eight members.
  • Parties that only have one party member will not allow the completion of a Party Quest. Even if the monsters may be met, the requirements will not be fulfilled.
• Those playing as a character or pet will count as a Party Quest party member but a summoned pet will not.
• Rewards are split among party members.
• The PQs which are restricted to defeating monsters in a particular dungeon's Boss room may also have the requirement to "Clear a dungeon." After the party has defeated the required monsters, the party leader (with the correct PQ still registered in the Party Window) can "Clear a dungeon" by exiting via the goddess statue in the end room.
• Do not exit the dungeon in any other fashion or the "Clear the dungeon" requirement will not be achieved and the PQ cannot be completed at that time.
• All the dungeon type PQs can be completed within one run of a dungeon.
  • If a PQ's requirements cannot be achieved in one run, then the dungeon can be done again, as long as the time limit on the quest has not ended.

Notes

• Kills made by a pet set on auto-finish will not count towards completing a PQ requirement.
• Kills made by the action Rock Throwing will not count towards completing a PQ requirement.
• Some PQs sold by an NPC may use the same "[PQ] Title" in the scroll but have different requirements. For these cases only, to separate the PQs in the "[PQ] Title" column of the lists below, additional information has been added after the title and in brackets. Note that, some PQs are sold by more than one NPC but are otherwise the same and therefore have no need to add this information to the their titles.
• If more than one monster type is involved, unless stated otherwise, the locations provided in the lists below will contain all of the required monsters.
