Like seriously. The most a giant can possibly get is an Abysmal Pot but for me that's really not all that good enough.
That and the fact that Enchanting a 'magical gear' (which im not even sure exists for a giant) with a Raccoon Cub ES would all in itself be beyond if not insanely expensive.
You could try getting a full set of the -100cp prefix and suffix gear. The scrolls aren't incredibly rare (more common than an abysmal pot), but it does take up a lot more space and effort to enchant, though it's only up to r8.
But yeah, I agree. They should probably work on making more of Fleta's clothing wearable for giants. I mean, they're magical clothing, aren't they? Should be one-size-fits-all.
Well yes there's that too but that all in its own takes a lot of time. And here's what I mean.
1. It would take a lot of step enchants A>9>8 which would take a good amount of time to do (even though a good couple of those are readily available in Rafting now).
2. It would need to find some gear that I would have to enchant them on, and if im not mistaken one of them is light armor. Which would also need to take some funding.
3. Would also have to get a good amount of artifacts to hunt them down and would possibly have to do a lot of retries considering the success rate (even though my giant's enchant rank is like C).
So in short....ITS TOO MUCH WORK ;A;
Success rate is based on Int and scroll rank I think. Ranking enchant just increases success burn and scroll dura loss I think...I dunno.
Thats what I meant, I know that having a higher Enchant Rank increases burn rate and decreases loss on scroll Durability.
Though the one thing that irritates me is that there isnt like a -1000 CP item thats readily available for Giants like it is with Humans and Elves.
Well I'm pretty sure if you can get Raccoon Cub on Selina Sexy Bare Look for males, you can make a giant Male very very happy...
Pirate Captain Suit is genderless, raceless, ageless, and can have raccoon cub be put on it.
They were in a gacha and they are pretty much everywhere for cheap where I'm looking. It's not actually that bad of success rate to enchant either really. Could probably at least get jackal without much trouble.
lol without much trouble are you kidding me?
as far as I know the only way to get that enchant is unless you burn it off a Wiz Suit or run Peaca Normal
Special version of Peaca in the Generations will reward normal rewards. Course who has those quests nowadays...? Oh...wait..*looks at story recap* well dam...
I do know that, I think it was G11 and G12 Peaca Dungeons do reward that enchant and I think Raccoon Cub too but that's asking for a small chance considering that you would have to redo the whole entire story from start to finish.
Also who has an enchanted item readily available for that anyway >>? Especially without it breaking.
Viper > Eagle/Jackal > Raccoon Cub
considering all of those enchants are from peaca...LEt'S GO PEACA RAID 8D
lol i dont trust those enchant at any rank things.
Even though my enchant rank is at like rC it still says that Enchant rank is too low or some jazz like that.
It is currently under Category:User Guides as I have edited the page. Feel free to remove it if you feel you do not want it to be categorized.
As the title says, I'm trying to get to lvl 15 (Master) Mage talent and am having a very slow progress right now at the moment. Currently my Giant stands at lvl 12 (Great), and I'm trying to find a much more efficent way to get Master without having to spend too much AP (as the mage talent is the AP hungry **** as it it).
I've already r1 a majority of some of these skills but here's what I haven't finished/started yet. R9 Meditation R8 Potion Lore RF Shock Wave R5 Lightning Mastery RC Enchant R8 Fusion Bolt RA Thunder RA Blaze R8 Ice Spear RF Hail Storm
I've done the math on Excel and the most I need is about 824,400 EXP, but as I said, I'm trying to find the most AP efficient way to go about this. So if anyone has any ideas on what I would be grateful.
This isn't really the place to discuss such thing, it would be better to go to a forum.
http://wiki.mabinogiworld.com/view/Magic (Talent) This is pretty useful to look at though,
Was wondering if anyone has noticed this yet, but under the Saga: Iria tab there are two episodes (randomly) highlighted that have been given bonuses for completion (100k EXP, 30k Gold, AP Coupon x13, and increased chance of rare rewards from the EP Box).
Think we should put up a chart for Daily Episodes too just like the Daily Shadow Missions?
I know that the gunner skills are going to be in their own talent, but I'm just wondering about the Hillwen Engineering, Rare Mineralogy, and Magic Crafting skills.
As in which talent they would fall under on.
That sounds like ranking them will be a big fat bitch...
Ok so apparently because of the Saga update I am unable to complete these quests due to Shamala (the NPC you have to talk to to receive/complete the reward from the quest) not being where she initially is suppose to be.
I kind of find it redundant considering that she is also the only NPC who sells the Dream Catcher...
That's why I haven't done whatever G17 yet :D!
Also, improper use of redundant? I don't see what's so redundant about her being the only npc selling dreamcatchers.
If I'm not mistaken she returns after Episode 10... Which I agree is stupid.
Didn't Tupai sell some before?
What, how the hell is anyone supposed to get a dream catcher now?
Sure I saved my Dream Catcher 4 Beginners but will other people follow suit?
The problem with that is that new characters cant just usually hitch a free ride to Cor, the Adventurer talent is locked for them until they rebirth, and it takes a lot of time (something that alot of players dont have [but if they do then they really have no life] like myself).
There are plenty of people who probably haven't done g17 yet. Find one and bring them to cor.
I heard Tupai not selling Dream Catchers is a glitch that's gonna get fixed in Dream...
Cuz DevCAT is dumb and stupid and lazy.
I already have a Knight Lance that's upgraded 3x and is ready for the Penetration Upgrade but the problem is its at 10 Dura from failed repairs/Enchants. And if I upgrade it its going to knock its Dura down 5. Which means more constant repairs/gold loss.
I'm wondering if I should continue trying to enchant it with the Sieged and Penetrating Enchants, go with the Penetration upgrade, not do anything, or just completely scrap it due to my indecisiveness.
Anyone have any thoughts?
I would get one of those prechanted ones. those are X-grade I believe, which is 19 dura(?). Otherwise you could add...1 dura via golden hammer. By doing so, you won't be able to use a platinum hammer on it iirc.
"In addition its best to get the +15% catch rate from the Adventurer talent so you wont have to deal with those pretty low rates. So lets get started. "
Isn't it 150% of the base rate?
Thats a typo in the game, im already running under the Adventurer Talent and rates only go from aroun 15% (as base) to 30% (with talent) and 32% (With Dream Catcher)
I heard its 1.5x.
Also for stone enemies, drop their items on the altar. You can find tons of them there.
Mind if I do some editing?
true, dropping their stones into the altar would help, however it must be taken into consideration which one would take the least ammount of time (least ammount of floors/rooms)
I only met like five Stone Imps on my last Karu Normal run.
Oh yeah, Cave Rats also spawn in Scathach Caverns (not the SM), so you don't have to do Fiodh Adv for nothin.
Nope, it's definitely 150% of the base.
Tips. Run Karu once, grab the pieces you get from dubious titled mobs. Spam feed hot spring monkeys steamed rice from glenis. Get all the dungeon passes like cake
The snow crystal is actually pretty common I find...Though it really depends how much you figure the word "spam" means. At any rate, it would be wise to do a lot (let me just throw a number out there... 90 sfr would be ideal to get much of anything) of monkey feeding because those pass boxes are amazing for this skill..
The urns keep giving me crap, too.
About the Glowing Mobs, do they have to be completely glowing, or can it be any part of them glowing?
someone told me that they would have to be partly glowing, ive tried it several times however it hasnt worked yet. so your guess is as good as mine
I forget, how hard is the glowing statue dungeon?
On a side note, how hard is the Mysterious Arrow? I've never done that in my entire life
For the Bandit Boss Ogre, I found that if you haven't done the fighter quests, you can just spam the first mission a lot. One of them spawns right off the bat and you can simply kill him, exit out of the mission, rinse, repeat. No commerce goods are at risk and he only deals 1's and 2's in damage. Also, could you hyperlink the mob names in your list? And thanks for putting this together. I'm currently at r4 and your list has been a huge asset!
I'm doomed T_T
Which of the creatures listed should I go after, aside from the ones in Iria?
You pretty much have no choice, more then atleast 90% of them must be completed for the journal if you intend to rank the transformation mastery
80%. The use transform X times always accounts for 20% of the training, if your willing to do it
I meant that he needed to collect atleast 90% of the mobs needed for the rank up not the whole entire thing
80% of the mobs would still give 80% of the training. 80% of X (Total mob training) = 80% of 100 skill training Example r4 (i believe) total 40 mobs. 80% of 40 = 32 32*2.5 = 80

I have no idea how to do quotes, teach me later. Anyways, consider revising this information, as it is inaccurate, Head Hyena is only immune to melee attacks (Lv3 Heavy Standard), but not magic/range/alchemy(Lv2 of both range and magic i believe). Edit: Added Citation :D
Citation is where the person said it. In a book, in a shadow mission, etc. See Template:Quote for an example
