Because not enough fucks are given (and because I was lagging for god knows why), the data sample is small, but, imo, enough.

Until someone can provide concrete contradictory evidence, meditation does not consume extra durability.

Nah, took me 10 mins tops. Very quick and easy. Just spam heal & icebolt.
