What happens is that when you use a medal for a form you already have, you get a prompt that gives you a medal coupon (not the one from this event) and if you stack three of those you get a new completely random medal. Correct me if I'm wrong but that medal doesn't include ones listed Limited Time (Morrighan for example), event, and Saga.
