Description

Shires are calm, faithful horses featuring an imposing physique, luscious black mane, and white nose. They are classified as big horses, and their dependable, trustworthy personalities befitting their imposing statures have many people use them for farming. As a result, Shires have been best friends with the residents of Erinn, especially the farmers, for a very, very long time.

Shire may not be the quickest horse around, but with its immense strength, it is able to carry loads of items, and it is also powerful enough to carry two people at once. Shires of Erinn are specially bred for moving heavy items and humans, bolstered by their huge inventory and the strong saddles. They are the biggest horses in this world, and their thick neck and legs allow them to handle various tasks from a very early age.

Shires may not offer an outstanding, notable ability, but they are known for their balanced nature, evenly talented at everything. Since this horse is usually used for farming, some people may have concerns about its ability to engage in battles, but this is actually a very tough combat horse who actually has a Rank D Counterattack skill from the beginning, with rapidly advancing combat skills as it levels up.

The masters that accompany them will receive a small boost in Stamina and MP. However, once it reaches the age of 5, considered to be the prime for the horses, its HP will start to decrease. That does not mean, however, its loyalty towards its master wanes as well.

For merchants and others that tend to travel a long way with loads of items, or for those that prefer using a solid, dependable source of transportation, Shire should be the horse for you. No matter the circumstances, Shires will always be on the lookout for your belongings and your safety.
