Description
The Rain Messenger is the event helper for the Blessed Rain Event. One may turn in a certain amount of Blessed Cloud Crystals to him or her to make it rain or turn in 30 Blessed Cloud Crystals for a Blessed Rain Gift Box. While raining, one may equip an umbrella to gain 10,000 experience at every 5 minute interval.
