Fetch

Details

  • The "Fetch!" (also known as "Gift_item!" and "Grab!") Pet Command can be used on specific Pets to obtain a random Item as a reward.
  • To use the Command type in "Fetch!" (or one of its variations) in the Chat Bar and press Enter.
    • As with all Pet Commands, any mixture of capitalized or non-capitalized letters can be used.
  • Pets cannot "Fetch!" for an initial 30 seconds after they are summoned.
  • It takes Pets 50 seconds to leave and return during "Fetch!".
    • Pets will fly into the sky, disappear, and come back afterwards.
      • Sometimes, the Pet will simply vanish without any flight animation.
    • The Pet will still be able to obtain Combat Experience.
    • While it is away, the Pet will have an Effect - Body Yellow.png Invisibility Status.
    • If the Pet is unsummoned during the process, no Item will be obtained.
  • Pets cannot "Fetch!" for 60 seconds after they return from a previous "Fetch!" Command.
  • Performing the "Fetch!" Command does not guarantee the discovery of an Item.
  • As your Pet grows older, valuable items are removed from the reward list.
  • Broomstick Pets can also obtain a random Items but they use the "Sweep!" Pet Command instead.
    • A Border Collie, Miniature Pinscher or Samoyed Pet will only obey the "Pickup!", "Pick!" or "Get!" Commands (which pick ups existing Items on the ground); they do not obey "Fetch!" or "Sweep!" Commands.
