• Log in to receive "The Shooting Stars on the Seashore" quest.
  • Talk to Lorna in Festia, then find Caravan Joe, Agent of Stars.
• Head to Lake Calida, the Coast of Qilla, or the Coast of Ceann to find Fantastic Memory Shooting Star Fragments.
  • Works similar to Wish Upon a Shooting Star (2009) and Shooting Star Event (2013).
  • Fantastic Memory Shooting Star Fragments will fall from the sky, at the 3 locations, in random intervals between 6 PM and 6 AM Erinn time.
• Click on the Fantastic Memory Shooting Star Fragment to use Fossil Restoration to excavate a Fantastic Memory Star Candy!
  • There are 12 different Fantastic Memory Star Candies based off of the 12 major constellations!
• Give Caravan Joe, Agent of Stars, one Fantastic Memory Star Candy of any type to complete the daily quest, "Star Candy Collector Caravan Joe".
• However, you can give Caravan Joe, Agent of Stars up to 5 Star Candies a day and each time, he will give you a Star-Powdered Pouch.
  • Note regarding the Star-Powdered Pouch: While this item can be traded through the Auction House, keep in mind that the item will be delete after the Third Memory event ends. This includes any Star-Powdered Pouches left in the Auction House (including the ones for sale and the ones that have not been retrieved.) Remember to retrieve any Star-Powdered Pouches before the event ends as we will not be able to refund any gold.
  • The Star-Powdered Pouch contains Starbright Potions.
  • Each potion gives different buffs.
• If you manage to give Joe all 12 different Star Candies, he will reward you with a Milky Way Ice Dragon Whistle.
  • You can also check with Caravan Joe to see what type of candies you have already given him.
    • Ask him to give you the whistle and he will respond with your progress status.
  • There is a guaranteed method to get all 12 different Star Candies quickly.
• The event resets every day at EDT: 10:00am
  UTC: 2:00pm
  AEST: 12:00am
  7:00am PDT100.
• When you complete the event quest, "Third Memory: Starlit Night", you will receive:
  • Melody (Quantity: 30)
  • Third Fantastic Memory Memento
  • Fantastic Memory Silver Trophy (Critical Damage +1%)(Sequel Homestead Figure)

Details

Falling shooting stars moments before impact.

• Every night, between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM in-game time, meteors will fall in the following locations:
  • Lake Calida
  • Coast of Qilla
  • Coast of Ceann
• Follow the trails of the meteors to find a Fantastic Memory Shooting Star Fragment.
  • Due to rendering issues, you may not see the meteor trail.
• A Shooting Star Fragment will appear where the meteor would have landed.
  • Fragments despawn after 1 minute (RL time) on the ground (40 minutes Erinn time).
• Right-click the shooting star fragment and choose "Use" to start the Fossil Restoration mini-game. Complete it successfully to receive a Fantastic Memory Star Candy.
• Tip: "Outline" the star shape as close as you can with the biggest eraser, then quickly erase the remaining outside area. If you have time left over, then fine-tune the outline with a smaller brush. You have around fifteen to twenty seconds to clear away as much dirt as you can.
• Avoid damaging the star! You have a better chance of succeeding with more dirt than if you have more damaged red areas.

Locations

• There are 3 general drop areas.
• Each area has a differing number of drop zones where the fragments will fall.
  • Fragments will not fall outside the drop zones.
• Each area has fixed drop times, give or take 20 minutes (Erinn Time).
  • Every drop zone will drop a complete set of 12 Fantastic Memory Shooting Star Fragments at every drop time.
    • Restoring all 12 is guaranteed to reveal all 12 different Fantastic Memory Star Candies.

Additional Information	Collect the shooting stars that fall at Lake Calida, the Coast of Qilla, and the Coast of Ceann between 6 in the evening and 6 in the morning (Erinn time), create a Constellation Candy by using the item, and deliver it to Caravan Joe, the Agent of Stars in Festia.

• This quest auto-completes upon giving Joe your first Star Candy for the day.
  • You can continue giving Joe Star Candy, up to 5 per day.
