Starbright Potions

• The Starbright Potions are a set of 12 items obtainable during the Caravan Joe's Starlit Night Event.
• Each potion gives a different effect.
• The colors are fixed, per potion.
• All potions have a 1 hour duration.
  • The duration is NOT consumed whilst the character is offline.
• The effects of multiple Starbright Potions cannot be active at the same time.
• Each type of Starbright Potion can only be used once per day.
  • The cooldown will be reset at EDT: 3:00am
    UTC: 7:00am
    AEST: 5:00pm
    12:00am PDT100 each day.
• All potions are Account Bound.
