Description

The Wishing Tree is a tradition in many Eastern cultures that dates back centuries. Pilgrims far and wide visit these majestic trees to present offerings for good luck, including coins, cloth and handwritten notes. This fabled votive tree has come to Erinn, but it needs wishes... do you have any?

Event Details

Event Dates:
Wednesday, March 26 – Tuesday, April 15

Where: Speak to Alexina in the Qilla Base Camp for the full rundown.

What:

• Write a personalized note and attach it to the Wishing Tree, located by the Mana Tunnel in the Qilla Base Camp.
• Explore the Rano and Connuous^[sic] regions to find hidden Written Wishes.
• Collect 15 Written Wishes to redeem for a reward.

Note:

• 10 Written Wishes complete a stack.
• An L-Rod is required to locate Written Wishes.
• Paper is required to attach a note to the Wishing Tree

Location of Wishing Tree by Qilla Port

• Log in during the event period to receive an Orange Wings of a Goddess to Qilla Base Camp and the quest Wishing Tree.
• Using L-Rod Exploration or Awakening of Light, find Written Wishes and give them to the Wishing Tree near Qilla Base Camp's Mana Tunnel.
  • Written Wishes are only found in Rano and Connous, inside Iria Treasure Boxes.
    • Uncovering the hidden treasure boxes with Written Notes inside does not yield Exploration EXP.
  • Written Wishes may be read, but will cause the wish to vanish.
  • The Written Wishes needs to be gifted. A message box will prompt that rewards are based on the number of notes and that all the notes will be given once "Yes" is selected. You will be rewarded with a random prize.
• Using Paper, you may gift it to the Wishing Tree. Gifting it will bring up a window where you may type anything. Pressing Enter after typing anything will gift the Paper to the Wishing Tree.
  • You may also gift it to the Board next to the Wishing Tree.
• At 12:00 AM in-game time, the tree will undergo sublimation.
  • The on-screen message appears: "The wishing tree is beginning sublimation and all the wishes are flying away."

Briefing	Have you heard of the Magicial Wishing Tree? It's known to grant any wishes that are written down and attached to it's branches. Stop by if you want to know more. -Alexina
Objectives	Talk to Alexina in Qilla Base Camp.
Rewards	5000 Experience Points
Additional Information	Upon receiving the quest you will receive an Orange Wings of a Goddess that warps to Qilla Base Camp. Wishing Tree is located near the Mana Tunnel outside of Qilla Base Camp.
