Um, no. People just dubbed it ore without knowing what the name was. The Korean characters themselves don't mean anything in Korean either. What is written is very literally "PAM SU TON". I just realised though, this is probably meant to be "Farm Stone".

Like how we waited for the other new items? Not that I'm saying waiting is a bad thing but this is the clearest of the new farm related items and other, less clear items have already been given names on the wiki.
