Isn't it supposed to be capped at 9 right now? o-o

I'm pretty sure it was uncapped to 8 a while ago. idr.

according to my brother, there's a way to get it to 8, but it's not supposed to exist.

Rank 8 is supposed to be uncapped at G16, and the method to get it is at Beach of Scathach, which isn't even out yet.

So its capped at 9 if I'm not mistaken.
