This (what picture shows) is exactly what was written there. Having r1 spellwalk will let you use the skill without any movement speed reduction. You actually use 100% of your movement speed. Your edit shows that when you use spellwalk skill your movement speed will go down to 0. I suggest to revert your edit to the previous state. Thank you !

As far as I can tell, other than the rank details (although no skill is currently corresponding with it) NA server hasn't received any data on this skill yet, so where did the localized name and description come from?

I assume direct translation or someone made it up...

A friend of mine used this . It was translated into english and got reverted back to korean.
