- In oversea servers, Shy helped existing players into performing the Genesis Chapter 1. She replaces Lorna, who does the same for the North American server.
- She also sells special items to those logged in from PC Cafes.
- She appears in the North American server through Transformation and to facilitates the Shy's Night Sky Shop Events.
