An elaborate Reforging Tool imbued with the power of time. Can only be used on items that have already been reforged. Use it, then decide between the original reforging or the new reforging. The number of reforging effects will not increase.
Limitations
- Can only be traded between players once.

Used In
- Reforges a previously reforged item, changing its reforge bonuses with the possibility of ranking up the reforge. Does not change the number of different reforges on an item.
- A cutscene will play if your item ranks up.
- If the reforge rank is 1, it will guarantee a high level reforge.
- Upon reforging, you will be given the choice to take the all the new effects, or cancel and keep the original effects.
- The reforging tool is consumed regardless of choice.
- A cutscene will play if your item ranks up.
