A reforging tool even more sophisticated and powerful than a Refined Reforging Tool PLUS, developed for the further reforging of an item. The level and type of reforging effects can be changed, but the number of reforging effects will not increase. You cannot use it on items that haven't been reforged.
Limitations
- Can only be traded between players once.
Note:
- Premium Reforging Tools do not increase the number of reforging effects
- Reforging stats depend on where the item is equipped. Different stats also have different possible maximums
- If you reforge multiple times, the existing reforging effect might end up the same or lower
- Premium Reforging Tools have an increased chance to increase the rank of a reforge and obtain high level reforges.
Used In
- Reforges a previously reforged item, changing its reforge bonuses with the possibility of ranking up the reforge. Does not change the number of different reforges on an item.
- A cutscene will play if your item ranks up.
