Description
There is a madness in this man's eyes, a burning, roiling insanity. His shaggy hair and wild smile do nothing to hide it.
He is one of the most powerful shamans of the Holy Land. He's often portrayed as mad, laughing and talking at no one in particular, even when in the middle of conversation. Despite that, he retains some semblance of sanity, deep down.
Some of the villagers avoid and express hostility towards him due to his state of mind.
History
Past (Spoilers)
According to Demote, he went insane after failing a ritual to summon a god, consequently severely damaging his mind, body, and spirit. Despite this, once Lelach is fixated on something, he sees it through to the end.

Lelach takes over as Millia's new mentor after Akule's disappearance, seeing her potential. He then proceeds to insult Akule, Millia's supposedly late mentor, stating that the charm needed to protect the Milletian from the Cessair's magic did not require a Black-Tailed Mongoose's White Tail, but instead a Big Beautiful Black Tail. Lelach continues calling Akule a sham, bringing out Millia's anger, but then begins tutoring her in magic.
After the Milletian and Shamala acquire the missing ingredient, the insane shaman begins rubbing the tail on his face, then abruptly stops and states that they must head back to the Dragon Crest Mark where Akule created the initial "fake" charm. However, knowing that the Cessairs ambushed Akule, Lelach suggests requesting help from the Elves and Giants. Their representatives initially refuse, shocking Lelach, but the madman leaves the shamans, Millia, and the Milletian at the Dragon Crest Mark shortly after.
Lelach and Shamala defend The Holy Land of Shamans from the Black Dragon Bhafel, but are seemingly cornered by the Korsek Raptors.
Lelach reveals himself to be Akule all along, much to the Black Dragon Bhafel's surprise, though Shamala knew this all along.

Trivia
- Lelach has the same in-game model as Akule, albeit without the mask.
- Strangely, Lelach's NPC Portrait lacks the tattoo on his left shoulder.
- Despite being a shaman, claiming to possess magic and even once displayed the use of Fireball and Thunder, he has no Magic Skills in his RP.
In the drama commentary, Akule reveals that Lelach, who was believed to be the cause of multiple-personality disorder or an abnormal state of Akule without his masks, is simply his acting, and even his fellow shamans were unaware of that. Although with the nature of that side story, whether it is canon or not is left to be seen.
