Description
You feel a strange curiosity as you look upon the young man's tall, fair-haired figure. His pale face is as expressionless as stone, and his disquieting jet-black eyes betray no thought. He tends to remain calm and stationary, like some sort of statue, giving the impression he may simply be slow to act.[1]
Locke is a NPC that was introduced during the Halloween Villains Event. He was supposedly a zombie-turned-human cursed into losing his Fomor powers. During the event Fraser secretly employed Locke to work at the Emain Macha Restaurant Loch Lios, but Fraser quickly regretted this decision as he realized Locke was too slow and too prone to error with taking customer orders. The player was tasked with convincing Locke to leave as a result.
At the end of the event Kristell revealed that Fomors are not susceptible to the kind of hypnosis that supposedly tricked the Halloween Villains into being powerless, implying that a new stronger form of hypnosis was created or that the Villains were not Fomors after all.
Locke later returned to host the OX Quiz Event (2022), having studied under Kristell in the in-between time alongside the other Halloween Villains and Brielle.
Locke returned once again, along with the other Halloween Villains, during the Samhain Event (2023)

- Locke's NPC Description was updated for the OX Quiz and read: A young man with curious eyes fixes his steady gaze upon you. He's wearing a thick, warm outfit to ward off the icy winds of Vales.[2]
- Talking to Locke while wearing either the Moonlight Dreams Warlock Attire (M), Moonlight Dreams Witch Attire (F), or Brielle's Outfit will cause him to comment that he frequently asks Brielle questions by owl mail.
- According to Locke, Locke read books recommended by Brielle to prepare the questions for the OX Event.
