Mana Drain

Details

Grants the ability to level up (fully heal and increase in size) upon being hit by Magic or Alchemy, but not at a 100% rate. Small Golems can use this ability, however it only increases their size; they do not heal. As for the Pocket Mouse and Flying Sword, it increases their size and heals them. Despite its name, Mana Drain does not actually drain Mana. Mana Drain Activation Requirements: A Magic or Alchemy Attack is used. Must be in Combat Stance. A Critical Hit is not scored. Defense is not activated. Must not be knocked back. If a knockback skill, such as Firebolt and Water Cannon, is used against a downed monster, it will immediately cause it to stand and level up. In the case of a Small Golem, when their HP is below 50%.

Trivia

• When the monster uses Mana Drain, it says "Tachy Granide Inchatora Mana Prow!"
• During the Giant Spider Fomor Scroll Role-Playing Quest, a Black Wizard uses a sort of similar spell that had transformed a Red Spider into a Giant Spider.
