Description

Talk to Dorren at the western gate to be briefed on the mission.
Defeat the monsters spawned from each switch and collect the materials.
- The switches will become inoperable until all monsters on the field are defeated.
- The monsters defeated give zero experience, nor do they drop Fynni Gems.
Use Synthesis to create two Synthesized Darkness Crystals.
- The recipe for the crystal requires one Magic Crystal, one Stone Crystal, one Unstable Darkness Crystal, and one Dark Oil.
  - Each of these items is dropped at an uncommon rate by the monsters of one of the four colored switches. They also cannot be taken outside of the Shadow Realm.
- There is a Dry Oven right behind the switches to synthesize with.
- With Rank F Synthesis, the rate for creating one Synthesized Darkness Crystal is 20%, without taking in calculation of Alchemy Mastery, Transmutation, Samhain (Saturday), Rain Casting, Weather, Enchants, Title, or Talent bonuses. This increases to 30% at Rank 6 and 46% at Rank 1.
  - Success rate does not differ between mission difficulties.
Deliver the crystals to Dorren to complete the mission.
- Any extra crystals that are created will be taken, but not compensated.
