Blatt is the Farming Manager of Taillteann. He also rewards the player with their Homestead when they reach cumulative level 10.

• Blatt means "Leaf" in German.
• The Create a Homestead quest suggests that Blatt is selling Homesteads to players, although no fee is actually required when the player obtains their Homestead.
• Ironically, the release trailer for the Farming update shows Blatt mocking farmers who try to farm in a wasteland while the Homestead update has him actively encourage it.
