Description
Welcome, my name is Blatt. I am in charge of managing all of Taillteann's common properties. Have you come to lease a field?
Blatt is the Farming Manager of Taillteann. He also rewards the player with their Homestead when they reach cumulative level 10.

- Blatt means "Leaf" in German.
- The Create a Homestead quest suggests that Blatt is selling Homesteads to players, although no fee is actually required when the player obtains their Homestead.
- Ironically, the release trailer for the Farming update shows Blatt mocking farmers who try to farm in a wasteland[1] while the Homestead update has him actively encourage it.
