A card that changes the visual effect of the Vivace skill. Right-click and select 'Activate' to turn on the Heavenly Winds effect. Each character can only possess one such effect-altering card.

- While the totem is active, changes the visual effect of Vivace.
Limitations
- Cannot be sold to NPCs.
- Cannot be sold to others.
- Cannot be sold in the Auction House.
- Cannot be traded.
- Cannot be dropped.
- Can be destroyed.
- Cannot be stored in a pet.
- Cannot be put in the bank.
