Valentine Chocolate Gifts are able to be purchased from the grocers Caitin, Glenis, and Fraser for a fee of 100 Gold each. These chocolate gifts are to be eaten, or sent as a gift to someone you care for. When you send the chocolate to another player (only of the opposite gender), a system message will appear at the top of the screen, asking the user to be your Valentine, or proclaiming your love for them.
Some NPCs will also give you Valentine Chocolate Gift when you talk to them. These chocolates are not able to be sent as gifts to others, but you may still eat them yourself.
Lastly, if you are close to an NPC (or fulfill their ideal type), instead of a Valentine Chocolate Gift, they will give you a Valentine Day White Chocolate. Like the Valentine Chocolate Gift, you are able to eat it.
