If you are uploading images, save them as png (if required, as gifs), not jpg. |

Please do not take a .jpg image and then save it as a .png. Jpgs are lossy and changing it to a .png afterwards does not fix this. |

I would also advise keeping the head in the frame as this is used for proportion reasons. plus some pictures looks bad headless anyways.
Also avoid wearing shoes.
