All images must be taken in non-converted png. The mabinogi screenshot option takes everything in jpg. A guide can be found here.

Should have mentioned the other rules as well.

  • Outline rendering should be off.
  • Don't equip any weapons or other article of clothing.

They're natural png now tho.
