I see your activity here's been sporadic, so I thought I should point out some of the changes made in the Policy. Specifically, in the User Page Policy section, it says:

• A user must make at least 30 constructive edits before they are allowed a user page
• A user can only have up to 10 personal pictures uploaded to the wiki

Also, in the Image Policy section, it says:

• The limit on image resolutions is 1024 x 768 pixels maximum, with the only exceptions so far being the World Maps

Sorry about that, I hadn't noticed the policy on user pages and images. I'll try again once I meet those guidelines.
