The wiki has image policies, you can read them here.
All images should be taken in natural png, the mabinogi screen shot option takes everything in jpg. A guide can be found here.
As a side note, if you're wearing something black. Please don't take the image against a black background and or other black colored equipment, making it hard to view.
Please turn Glow Effects off in the in-game options (hotkey is the * on the numpad) when you contribute pictures so that they follow the image policy. Thanks~
