Heavy Armor Mastery?

Heavy Armor Mastery?

I know it says nothing's certain yet, but is this doing what I think it is?

It sounds like wearing heavy armor increases your defense/protection/etc. by even more...

Keep in mind this is coming with massive changes to how defense and protect work over all (having been broken into physical and magical versions of each), and how all stats work.

But yes, it's designed to make armors work better the more skilled you are with them. At max level you can use both accessories too (so far).

Not that you should even be putting up any data from kr test.

Not that I care.

Which is why it's not in the wiki proper, but in my page clearly marked as Not Finalized while I work on it.

From what I heard, doom, Heavy Armor Mastery also cuts the dex reduction from Heavy Armor (like the Heavy Armor penalty for Combo Mastery) and lets you wear two accessories.

Dex... reduction..? Since when was there a dex reduction from wearing heavy armor?

And Eos has already stated that you can wear 2 accessories (at r1)

Yes, with additional input and changes here [1].

Instantly casting fireball...

I guess soon mages will be able to actually fight back in PvP again.

Doomsday31415 (talk)19:40, 9 April 2013

We can only instant cast once every three minutes so far, and meteor swarm looks far more fun. The real nifty thing is we now longer are immobilized by fireball/ice spear/thunder. Hoping that survives testing.

Oh, don't get me wrong. The PvP reason was the mobility. If mages can actually run away while casting, they'll be much harder to catch.

But being able to cast fireball without spending 20 seconds first...... that has potential (meteor swarm has a 30 minute cooldown, so I'm ignoring that).
