The wiki has image policies, you can read them here.

All images must be taken in non-converted png. A guide can be found here.

I used paint to and print screen to do these ;-;

"Click the taskbar at the bottom of the screen, or where ever you may have it located."

If you don't follow that step, prntscreen just takes the Mabinogi screenshot option. Which is always in jpg.

THAT'S HOW I DID IT...

I used print screen while the task bar was up. If the task bar isn't up it does not let me print screen while in mabinogi. Windows 8 doesn't let me do that. I have to press task bar or be on another program. I used task bar to print screen and then MS paint crop..

I don't use Windows 8(and never will for obvious reasons) so not sure what to tell you other than find a different way to take screenshots. Like puush.

But... the file i used was a png screenshot from taskbar... is there somethign wrong with it cause you never really said whats wrong with it

It's a converted file. It used to be a jpg.
