Strange stack rules?

Not sure if it's a bug or something but i can't seem to get all my 15xp seals into same stack properly
Same day purchase of them they stack fine. But when you try to stack with previous week ones it won't...

This applies to all seal merchant items. The will not stack with a previous day, but will restack later one, usually after 7:00am PDT100/12:00am PDT100 from what I noticed. However, I hanve heard if you close the client and do a full relog, it'll stack again.
