Sand vs RPS Tickets

It seems those who are getting Sand Piles are not getting RPS tickets and vice versa...

From what I have observed, Sand Piles are awarded only if character is located outdoors. My friend got only one for few hours (constantly going into dungeons), I stopped receiving those after entering dungeon myself (I got 6 while standing at the beach and Dunbarton Square). But yeah, come to think of it I started getting RPS tickets at the same time as well (as in inside the dungeon)...

I've got 6 alts (had 9) standing in the beach place where the feather sends you. Some are getting RPS, which aren't receiving sand. Some are getting sand, which aren't receiving RPS.

Well 2 caravan joes...you tell me. Paradoxing is fun.

My brother and I have noticed the same thing, we're getting RPS tickets, but no sand.

I'm wondering if this has anything to do with two Caravan Joe events running at once and whether or not we disconnected earlier gave us either or, glitched us, or whatever.

I'll say it's maybe safe to assume it'll be okay by tomorrow since today is supposed to be the last RPS day. :c

After relogging a few times, I started getting Sand instead of RPS on one of them.

Yeah, I just destroyed my RPS tickets and I relogged.

But I still need to wait 30 minutes until I get sand.

My brother relogged and now he's getting sand. c:

I sat in my homestead for six hours straight and I didn't get any Sand Pile...

Were you still getting RPS tickets though?

You don't need to destroy your tickets or book. Just CC, if in 10 min you get an RPS ticket, CC agian. Keep CCing until you don't get tickets, then you'll get sand and not tickets. It randomizes each CC, like how trying to switch daily SMs is.

Isn't the RPS event ending tonight?
