So hold on a second here. How are you supposed to open up a personal shop without an item bag? Are there any that DON'T require premium service?

From reading the various bag descriptions, the older bags, namely the ones that are 2x4~5 require Inventory Plus (the description says Extra Storage which was the old name). So this means that these bags are available for usage with our pending free Inventory Plus service, and these types are used for Personal Shops. This holds the same for the 8x8 Vocaloid Bags as they have the same/similar descriptions. Bags like the Football Item Bag and the devCAT Bag (8x8) say that you need Premium Service and it does not say Inventory Plus service, so I'd assume these types aren't available for Inventory Plus. The item descriptions should depict their usability but this is just a hypothesis so far.
