According to my research, There are 3 Pragarah in the storyline. Well... Different design though. As you know guys... Lugh = Morgant right?

So it's like this.

G1,G2,G3,G10 Dark Lord(known as Morgant)has a Pragarah(Although the game item code is Dark knight Two handed Sword)

In, G9 it appears lugh has a DKTHS.(This is actually a Story / continuity errors.)

In G3, Morgant gave Pragarah to Ruairi with the Claymore version (In the cutscene, It's a fusion design of claymore and DKTHS)

Morgant still keep his Pragarah with his hands. this is also the Story / continuity errors. Because in G3 ending scene, the pragarah seems to be broken. the design shows that it's not a ruairi's Pragarah. but Morgant's Pragarah.

Users who don't know about this, Ruairi version of Pragarah is disappear after he fight against the Cichol.(It's broken. cause G3 ending shows that the pragarah is broken. but due to the error, morgant's pragarah is broken)

This explains The 3 Pragarah exist in the storyline.(Well, I blame the story developers though.)

Pragarah did not effect much than the Brionac in the game.

 It only known as the Lugh's holy sword or legendary blade.

During the G3 season, the claymore version of Pragarah suppose to have a symbol on the sword, but due to the lack of technical developments of Devcat, it doesn't have a symbol in actual game.

In G16, Lugh portrayed as Macbeth, Pragarah appears with the new design. it's a resemblance of claymore but it has a symbol(If you see closer, it has a celtic cross symbol.

Conclusion: Due to story error, Pragarah has a three version in Mabinogi.
