G16S3 MIGHT be puppeteer for Korea (we don't know if it will be for Korea or if they're holding it off for G17), but that doesn't mean their G16S3 won't be our G16S4. (Also, there are a lot of minor updates that were merged into one season updates in the past in NA, same could happen with all the Korean post-G16S2 updates.)
