"You" in this case is directed at the only editor here, Pyrus. Pretty sure you have had nothing to "confirm" these NPCs as Milletians. If you have, I'd like such findings posted here. According to a comment in the history you believe "They are all Milletians because they can visit the soul stream." < this is not true. According to Duncan in his storyline dialog there are ways to see Nao and the Soul Stream (Spirit Hearing Water). Alternatively, you could just be one of those spirits that the water refers to, which is what Nao is (not a Milletian). Also at the end of the article: "Despite Tarlach's Record, almost all Fomors are Milletians." < this is impossible. Fomors are their one type of spirit, contrasting Tuath de Dannan and Milletians. In light of this I will remove such sections as being speculation. The talk page is where speculation goes.
